Unable to launch the Java Virtual Machine Located at path:C:/sqldeveloper/...../bin/MSVCR100.dll异常

When you click "sqldeveloper.exe" after installing sqldevloper, an exception message appears that msvcr100.dll is missing.

If this happens, look for msvcr100.dll under the jdk path. This file can be copied from the jdk1.7.0\jre\bin directory msvcr100.dll, and pasted into the \sqldeveloper\bin path to start normally.
