After I came to Shenzhen, I started to prepare for finding a job. I memorized interview questions every day, and went to Station B to watch the teaching videos. Because I was interviewing for a testing position, I had to prepare all over again SQL statements, Linux, shell, python, scripts, computer networks, testing theories, projects, etc. In fact, I am just a novice in testing. I can only do basic functional testing, which is what we commonly call "Diandiandian" method. I can write simple SQL statements, and then I have no other skills. Therefore, in December at that time At that time, I was really anxious. While watching Linux tutorials and learning how to write scripts, I also had to memorize test theories. I spent about a week like this. I felt that I had learned almost everything, so I started to submit my resume, because the boss said There were many positions, so I started posting resumes directly to the boss for direct recruitment. At that time, I had applied for large outsourcing companies such as ChinaSoft International, iSoftStone, and Pactera, as well as some small outsourcing companies, such as Junbaicheng, Beyond Technology, etc., I didn’t know it was outsourcing at first, but then I searched the company and found that it was really outsourcing. When I went to the Gangtou Development Building, there were a lot of people there, including people for interviews, people who were joining the company, and people who were applying for resignations. It can be said that it was quite busy. The HR lady introduced me to an interviewer, a man, and took me to a small consulting room. Then she started asking me questions, asking me to introduce myself and talk about my testing project experience. What kind of testing tasks did each company do? They also briefly asked about some testing theories. It took about half an hour, and they basically answered them. They generally agreed with me, and then asked me to go back and wait for news. In fact, I can feel it. The man who interviewed me was not very technical, not professional enough, and a bit amateur. He had never heard of some of the things I said. As a technical officer, how could he not understand technology, so he guessed at that time. I realized that this was a very bad interviewer, so the further into the interview I became, the more confident I became, because he didn’t really understand me anyway. That night I received a text message asking me to go to the Huawei base for an interview the next morning.
Second party company
I have to say that the Huawei base is really big, with several areas. I went to Area D. The interview location seems to be on the first floor of the cafeteria in Area D. You have to bring a sign when you enter, otherwise you won't be allowed in, and you have to go inside. You have to be picked up by someone to get in. The level of security and rigor is really high. After all, confidentiality in this aspect of communication is extremely strong. When I met the interviewer, I felt so awesome. He asked me what my previous test projects were? Asked me if I could write scripts, I said I had never written one, but I knew Linux commands. He asked again, what commands have you used? I just said simple commands such as ls, rm, cd, find, etc., which were really not very useful. Yes, because I haven't used Linux much before. I learned these instructions by watching videos on my own last week. I just blame myself for being a noob. Alas. He then asked me if I knew linear algebra and how to calculate a third-order matrix. I was confused at the time. After all, I only learned this stuff in my sophomore year and had forgotten all about it. Not to mention the third-order matrix, I had forgotten all the second-order matrices. Well, what do you think I answered at that time? I said that I had learned these in college and had forgotten them, but I could pick them up quickly after reviewing them. I also added that I came from a major and my learning ability was okay, so don’t worry.
Then he asked me which language I knew. I said Java, and he asked me if I had learned C++. I said that I had learned it, but was not proficient in it. I should be able to understand it when I read the code. He said that part of the project to be tested was written in C++, so I needed to understand the programming language. Anyway, I was embarrassed several times because so many people asked me. He couldn't even answer the question, and I felt hopeless. Finally, he told me, I asked you some basic knowledge, but you couldn't answer it. You said you have strong learning ability, but I can't see this, so I believe it. No, let me print out some written test questions and you can do them. I can only quickly say: OK. Although I can't guarantee that I will do it, I can only bite the bullet. After a while, he brought over the written test questions, and I did them right under his nose. After I finished some of them, I showed them to him, and he asked me. He could tell that he was thinking: His foundation is so weak, should he use this person? Finally he said, okay, let's stop here today and just go back and wait for the notification.
Interview results announced
After the interview in the morning, I returned to my place at noon. I felt cold. I guess it was out of the question, because I felt that my interview was not good. After all, the Huawei interviewer was a professional technical expert. Alas, I can only say that my skills are limited. I didn’t have enough skills, so I started video learning in the afternoon to enrich myself and see if my boss could apply for other companies. As a result, at 3:30 in the afternoon, the HR lady from a certain software company called me and said: Congratulations, you passed the interview. You can come and join next week, and the salary is ****. Anyway, I was confused at the time. I remember that my interview process was not very good, and I didn't apply for it. I have also been thinking about why I was hired. It may be because of my academic qualifications. I came from 211 undergraduate degree, and my diploma is neither high nor low. It is so-so and I can pass it. It may also be my attitude during the interview. Sincerity, more positive answers, and a good attitude, it is also possible that the interviewer is really a kind person and would rather give young people a chance and a job. Anyway, in general, he is lucky. Final result of the interview: passed.
Whether to join a certain software company: Not yet
But I didn't join the company in the end because I found a company named Party A in the next few days. The salary was one thousand lower than outsourcing, but I didn't work much overtime and got off work on time at 6 o'clock every day. When I get back to where I live, I can continue to study and watch videos on Station B and try to enrich myself.

Another thing is: if you want to join an outsourcing company, you usually have to go through two interviews. One is outsourcing. After passing the outsourcing interview, there will be a second round of interviews with Party A. These outsourcing personnel will notify you in advance which company to go to. You will have an interview with Party A, and then you will have to go to Party A for the second interview. If you pass the interview with Party A, you will be given an offer and asked to sign a contract. If you fail the first interview with Party A, then Just go to the second Party A company, and so on. You can't sign a contract until the Party A company you interviewed with passes.
3. About signing the contract and benefits
If you sign a contract with an outsourcer, are there any benefits? Answer: No. Let me tell you, a physical examination is required to join the job, the physical examination fee is not reimbursed, and there is almost no salary increase. After working for a year, there is basically no salary increase, and even if the salary increase is small, it is very small.
There is no housing subsidy or transportation subsidy, and the five insurances and one fund are paid at the lowest rate. I am speechless. Some personnel even call it a beautiful name, so that your monthly salary will be a little more. I am really impressed. Working people definitely want a high proportion of the five social insurances and one fund, especially the provident fund. The more you pay, the better. You pay half, and the company pays half. The provident fund account is equivalent to a bank card. Anyway, the money in the provident fund account will be used later. It can be taken out and used. Unfortunately, there are still some new employees who really think that they are good for themselves if they receive more salary. This is not the case. Assume that the predetermined salary is 11k, the contract is written as 2200, and everything else is performance. Do you know why it is written like this? The purpose is to provide the dismissed employees with less compensation when they resign. For example, some outsourcing companies require dismissal of employees. They will be compensated for one month's salary and directly compensate for the base salary of 2,200, because the contract says 2,200, so there is no need to compensate 11k. 4. Can outsourcing companies enter?
This depends on your own wishes. Since outsourcing companies exist, they naturally have their own value. After all, the Chinese saying "existence is reasonable" also has a certain truth.
