I have applied to more than 100 companies, large and small, including 51 directly recruited by the boss (nearly 300 said hello), 75 recruited by Zhaopin (19 interested), and added more than 20 HR WeChat, 51job, Haitou, company official website, hr email, etc.
The main submissions are from Shandong companies, including software development companies, industrial companies and research institutes. Many resumes are directly submitted, such as Hisense, Haier, Dingxin, Inspur and various research institute subsidiaries. These companies only need world-class institutions this year. Or from world-class disciplines, there are also many who didn’t reply, or who didn’t want to be fresh graduates.

written examination

There are basically no written tests for algorithm positions in companies in Shandong. I only received two written tests:
Jinan Boguan and Zhejiang Dahua. Boguan’s was very simple, while Dahua’s written test questions had both depth and breadth and were straightforward.
There are many assessments, so I won’t list them all, but I heard that some people failed the assessment because they didn’t do it well, so you still have to look at the questions and don’t just choose what’s appropriate.

Interview summary

Generally speaking, there were only four companies where the interviews were more formal, and those interviews lasted about 1 hour, but in the end they passed the technical level (except for being able to specialize), and did not get to the salary negotiation stage due to various other reasons.
The algorithm post I interviewed will mainly ask questions around the projects on the resume. If students don’t have a project, it’s no problem. They can just make a reproduction of the Yolo target detection by themselves. The premise is that they know all the Yolo codes well. Yolo is very common in the industrial world, and interviewers also like to ask yolo, such as how the anchor is obtained (k-means), what is the physical meaning of the detection head output (xywh adjustment, confidence, class), etc. Only one company asked Machine learning content.
Lovol will go public this year, so it has hired a lot of R&D personnel. We have more than 300 R&D personnel in this batch (machinery and electronic control are the big ones). With the same academic ability, the salary of computers is slightly higher than that of machinery. I didn’t have a choice, so I had to go to 996. Fortunately, the Weifang government and the company gave me a lot.
