2. How to write a good resume?
1. Personal information
Basic items: name, gender, education, age, email address, mobile phone number, and working years.

Age: If you are older when you change careers, you don’t need to write it down.

2. Professional skills
This part of the content is required and is a very important part of the resume. Generally, resumes that pass the HR preliminary screening will be pushed to the interviewer. When screening resumes, the interviewer will first look at professional skills and focus on your technology stack, Test direction and matching with current project, etc.
Therefore, when applying to a company that you are more interested in, you must research the company's job requirements in advance, and then highlight the key points when describing your professional skills to increase the degree of matching.
At the same time, you need to pay attention to the following issues:
First, the description of professional skills must match the work experience.
For those who are changing careers or interviewing at a junior level, their coding skills may be weaker, but the main thing is to be familiar with the testing process and some commonly used testing tools. After joining the company, as long as you work hard to familiarize yourself with the business and do functional testing, you can safely survive the probation period.
For some intermediate and advanced tests that are three years or older, you must be proficient in programming languages and automation frameworks. Performance testing must at least be able to do stress testing and simply analyze some performance indicators.
Secondly, sort according to the degree of mastery (proficient, proficient, familiar, understanding).
If your resume says that you are familiar with a certain skill, you must prepare well before the interview, otherwise you will not be able to answer the question, which will easily make the interviewer doubt the authenticity of your resume and ultimately lead to a failed interview.
For junior and intermediate test engineers, be careful when writing "proficient", otherwise it will be embarrassing if you can't answer basic questions during the interview. 3. Work experience
This part of the content is optional, such as the following template work experience, which includes information such as the time, title, and job positions you have held.
Previous company name: It needs to be real and can be queried.
Previous working time: The time description range must match the working years and graduation time of the above personal information (no time conflicts will occur, as it will be an unreal experience at first glance).
