4) The lower-level platform Hikvision equipment did not receive the 401 message replied by the video surveillance system EasyCVR, so the equipment believed that the video intelligent analysis platform EasyCVR did not receive the registration message and has been repeatedly sending REGISTER messages without authentication;
5) After investigation, it was found that there was a problem with the port of the Hikvision device. After the technician changed the local sip port of the Hikvision device to an open port, he was able to interact normally with the EasyCVR platform of the video surveillance system and successfully registered on the EasyCVR platform of the security surveillance system.
