First of all, before you want to download, you need to determine whether the video has cloud subtitles. If it does, you can download it. If there are no subtitles, you need to extract them by converting audio to text. That situation is beyond the scope of this tutorial.
The required steps are as follows:
1. Open edge browser or Google Chrome

2. Install the Oil Monkey plug-in

Find the three dots in the upper right corner of the browser page - click [Extension] -
After opening, search [tampermonkey] to get the plug-in - wait for the plug-in to be installed.
3. Install subtitle plug-in
After installing the tampermonkey plug-in, enter the following URL to install the script - Bilibili CC subtitle tool (greasyfork.org)
After entering the URL, click Install directly.
4. Open the Bilibili video playback page and click on the subtitles

Enter the video page and click [Download] on the right side of the automatically generated Chinese subtitles
After clicking, there are multiple formats for you to choose from.
After selecting the appropriate format, you can choose to download or open it in a new tab.
If it is not used for storage, I personally recommend opening it in a new tab, so that copying is convenient and there will be less messy subtitle files.
