The Dandelion virtual serial port function allows other members in the intelligent network to debug the serial port remotely without the need to go to the site for debugging, reducing operating costs and conveniently controlling device data for enterprises.
1. Dandelion hardware settings serial port
Enter the Dandelion Cloud Management Platform, click [Industrial Application]->[Serial Port Settings] , open the serial port, and fill in the relevant parameters.

The serial device connected to the Dandelion router can act as a server or client. If it acts as a server, it can collect client data; if it acts as a client, it can transmit data to the server.
2. Set up the serial port on the Dandelion access terminal
2.1 Usage steps
(1) Download, install and log in to the Dandelion Enterprise Edition client. On the main console page, click the <Virtual Serial Port> function of the advanced function;
(2) Click <Add Now> ;
(3) When using the virtual serial port function for the first time, you need to click <Install Now> to install the virtual serial port driver;
(4) Fill in the information related to the virtual serial port. The device can be used as a client (TCP Client) or a server (TCP Server) ;
