Why does vscode fail to respond when Chineseization fails?

I installed an extension before, and it became Chinese after restarting, but now it suddenly doesn’t work, and reinstalling the plugin is useless.

 Solution:

1. Install the following plugins

2. Shortcut key Ctrl+Shift+P or F1  to open the global command panel

3. Find Configure Display Language , click to enter to select language, choose Chinese here
