The time has come to the third decade of this century, and the practitioners around me and I have encountered unprecedented challenges, such as the slowdown in the growth of the Internet and mobile Internet, the new crown epidemic, the game of great powers... For us, these are all brand new situation.

Many people have said that in the midst of changes, what deserves more attention is "unchanged". Therefore, in the days when it was inconvenient to go out due to the epidemic, I tried to find inspiration from classic books again in my study. In September 2021, I scanned English books in the product field and found the well-received "The Lean Product Playbook".

The entire collaboration process is actually very proficient, but it can be infected by everyone's enthusiasm every time. To borrow a relatively new term, this may be DAO (a decentralized organizational collaboration method, Decentralized Autonomous Organization).

3. With the blessing of Feishu, we quickly completed the self-organization of the team. According to the chapters of the book, everyone spontaneously divided into groups, became the team leader and team members, and then divided the work within each group. 4. After the first draft and cross-review were completed, we set up a bug-catching team and recruited a trial reading team of hundreds of people again, hoping to ensure the quality of the content in this way.
