As we all know, it is easier to make money in the IT industry. For an ordinary college student, the reason why I came to Dark Horse is very simple . very nice.

He is now working in a foreign company, and his salary is better than most, and he does not work overtime. He was a 985 graduate student who took a leave of absence to come to the dark horse. I remember a sentence from him. He said that when he looked at his seniors, he also saw his future. Look, he doesn't want this. Later, when I was engaged in design, I saw what my master looked like, and I also saw what I would look like in the future, and I didn't want to be like this. People need to change themselves rationally.

There are barriers to leaving the original job or environment. Of course, most of the barriers lie in my own inner struggle. In fact, when I just graduated from university, I already started thinking about signing up for a dark horse, but I had expectations for my major at that time. , I like design. Of course, the most important thing is that I didn't have the registration fee at that time. One is that the idea is not strong enough, and the other is to be satisfied in my comfort zone. In the end, this decision was not implemented until three years later.

After graduating from Dark Horse, I am currently working in a third party, and I don’t work overtime much. My salary  is 12k  . I am quite satisfied, after all, I just learned it.

I think the word "moving bricks" is really good to describe it, but moving bricks also has knowledge. Some move fast, some move slowly, and the efficiency is different, resulting in different wages. It is fair, and the comparison is based on personal ability . So for our small partners who have just joined the company, how can they look more efficient and gain a firm foothold in the company? I think there are a few points to note:

1. Get in touch with colleagues early, but eat and chat in the early stage, and try to discuss business-related topics as little as possible. After all, you are not familiar with it, so don’t interrupt it, no matter how simple it looks.

2. Be sure to establish a good relationship with front-end colleagues. Many people may emphasize building a good relationship with the back-end. In fact, it is not the case. The back-end does not understand the front-end. He will discuss with you the data structure passed in. He will do whatever you ask him to pass. what to pass. The front end I learned, I said the front end. In fact, whoever enters the company can best see your ability, that is the front-end colleagues in the same position as you, because you deal with the most frequently.

3. Non-scientific programmers who change careers have a little impact, but not much. Maybe computer-related majors will be required in the market, and going forward, the requirements for computer-related talents will become more and more stringent. But these can be made up during the interview, depending on your interview situation.

How to quickly enter the industry

1. You must spend your time looking for projects, not just looking for them, and the projects you are looking for must have gold content. He has several requirements for the initial screening of the company's recruitment. Education background and experience are the main factors for the initial screening. If he has experience, he will definitely find a matching project. Therefore, the first project you are looking for is particularly important. You can understand the market first. The types of projects that Internet companies are engaged in, such as medical care, news, construction, cloud network, cloud computing, smart government affairs, e-commerce, etc. After you choose an industry, it is best for all your projects to revolve around this industry, so as to show that you have a lot of experience in this type of industry. Remember that the projects should not be miscellaneous, and the chances of interviews will be much greater. So my suggestion is that you can cast your resume widely, but your resume should be targeted.

2. Writing a resume is very important, very important, very important, and important words are said three times. The content of your resume must be your technology stack. In fact, I had a lot of questions when I was writing my resume, and I even passed it to the interviewer for reading. During the process, the interviewer gave me a lot of good advice. That is, the resume should be more detailed, and simple technology should also be written, and if you don't know it, don't write it .

For example, do you know Vue3? Have you ever done a project? I think the better answer is yes, but the project has not yet started operation, but I just wrote a lot of demos to play. Because the project needs a new technology stack to prepare. What is the specific meaning of writing technical points, do not directly describe what functions are written, but also write what technology is used, for example, I used el-table to set up the addition, deletion, modification and query of the written table, process the back-end data, and realize the dynamic unit Grid merge display.

In fact, most of the interviews ask stereotyped essays, so stereotyped essays must be understood well, it is best to understand, if you can’t understand, just memorize. When I first started, I thought that the project asked a lot, but in fact, most of the questions were stereotyped essays, but the project would also ask, mainly the first project, so the first project must be very familiar with the technical points in it. , it depends on you to be able to chat, otherwise the chat will be superficial and there will be no chance of two sides.

How to spend the buffer period?

In fact, I am currently in the buffer period, and I am worried that the company will drive me away, etc., so at this time, I can make some preparations, such as watching the technology stack video corresponding to the project after work, and find some Stable boss support (it is recommended to spend money, and spend money to provide good service), build a good relationship with colleagues, pay attention to the usual wording, weekly and monthly reports, and see how other colleagues write, there will be some professional terms.

In addition, I hope that everyone will not blindly pursue high wages. Maybe sometimes high wages often mean high intensity and high ability. I think stability and learning should be the main focus when I first join the job. Moreover, many of my friends are college students who have just graduated . Good positioning, steady and steady. I remember that when I first graduated, my monthly salary was only 3200.
