In recent years, there has been a phenomenon: companies cannot recruit people, and job seekers cannot find jobs.

Which link went wrong? Today, I will tell you about the things about resumes in job hunting.

Write your resume so you can get an interview

Resume is very important to applicants, so how to pack your resume? First of all, you must realize that your resume is very important. If you have a good resume, you can get an offer through an interview. If the resume is not good, the first step will be passed.

What does a good resume look like?

First of all, it must be neat and tidy , instead of being very messy at first glance, with different lengths; and the content must be full , that is to say, there must be more content inside. Some people's resumes are gone in less than half a page. Others don't talk about their level after reading it, but just look at their attitudes. That's why the resume should be full. But you can't fill a lot of meaningless content for the sake of fullness. There are too many useless content, and others will be annoyed if they haven't seen effective information for a long time, and don't want to read it. HR generally spends a minute or two on a resume, just scanning it at a glance. If you don’t see what you want to see after scanning it, you will be passed . HR has to select a few from dozens or hundreds of copies and call them for interviews. If you don’t have time to watch a person all the time, your fate is worthless to them. Others pass by with a single call, everyone is like this, and the great god also comes over like this.

Key Information for Resume Screening

1. There are some hard indicators when screening resumes. If the requirement must be 211,985, then people only need to see if there are a few words 211/985, and if there is no one, they will be embarrassed; or if they have professional requirements, they must be computer majors or electronics majors. I'm sorry; there are also educational requirements. If someone says that they require a master's degree or above, if you have a bachelor's degree, then you are out of the game. These are rigid indicators. But some companies will be rigid, some companies will not be rigid, and now most companies will not require rigid requirements, such as academic qualifications, mainly depends on technology, specialists are not necessarily worse than undergraduates, and undergraduates are not necessarily better than postgraduates Poor , so most companies do not have a hard requirement.

2. HR will look at some core keywords when screening resumes. What are keywords? For example, if you need to know Oracle for a job, Oracle is a keyword; if you need to know linux for a job, linux is a keyword; if you need to know stm32 for a job, then stm32 is a keyword. HR does not understand technology, does HR know what stm32 is? He will think that stm32 is his brother of stm31. He does not understand technology at all. How can he measure it? He just looks at whether there are keywords in the resume. If you have this keyword in your resume, he will stay. If you don’t have this keyword in your resume, you will pass it directly . That’s how he sees it. Therefore, you must pay attention when writing your resume. You must fill in as many keywords as possible in your resume, and fill in those keywords that will be favored by others. So how do you know what keywords others want to see? It's very simple, look at the recruitment information, for example, if you want to find an embedded engineer, search for an embedded software engineer on the Internet, and read the information in the recruitment requirements issued by the company. The keywords in the recruitment information sent by the company are the keywords that should be written in the resume. Only when you write the keywords will they be searched by others ; if you don’t write them, they will be filtered out directly during the search. HR is filtered by keywords, so there must be keywords.

How to write a resume?

1. It has some general principles. Writing a resume can be packaged, but you can't lie to others, and you can't brag casually. For example, some people may be invited for an interview because they say they know some drivers of linux. As a result, when they ask you during the interview, and you have never even heard of it, you must be passed away, because everyone hates deceitful people. people. The writing is proficient in C language, but people asked what the static keyword means, but they couldn't tell, so they just passed it. Especially laymen cheating experts. The interviewers are people who have been in the industry for many years. They can interview people. They are all of a certain level. If you want to fool people, you can't fool people.

2. The content should be concise and the length should be appropriate. Don't make a bunch of useless ones, because the interviewer doesn't have the patience to read the resume, so the content needs to be more and more concise. Some people ask, "Isn't that a contradiction, is it more or less?" It says more, but what comes out is useful things, not useless things. So in the end, it depends on what you know. How much. I wrote 7 items, if I really know 7 things, then write 7 items; if I say I can only know 3 things, but I also wrote 7 items, it is too many and useless, fat and swollen, meaningless at all .Valid information should be listed in sections, the section is 1234, tidy is the best. It is not writing novels, don’t arrange many lines, so it is better to list them in sections.

Resume can also be packaged

1. What is packaging? The so-called packaging is actually using some tricks, which is half-deceitful. To put it bluntly, it is packaging yourself. It's like putting on makeup. The face is originally dark and whitened by powdering. In fact, it is deceiving, but this is called makeup, not deception. The makeup of our resume is called packaging. How to pack it? Try to maximize your strengths and avoid weaknesses. In your resume, you should try to talk about what you are good at, and don't mention what you are not good at.

So, for example, if your school is good and your major is good, then you should mention this more. For example, if your major is a national key major and you have a few laboratories, you can write about it; An undergraduate degree or a general junior college is fine. Don’t emphasize the school everywhere. Your school can’t give you too many points. Where you are strong, you should write more, and where you are not strong, write less, so as to maximize your strengths and avoid weaknesses .

2. The focus of the resume is the project experience. The interviewers in other places just mentioned it briefly, and the focus was on project experience. Note that project experience is not work experience. Don’t say that you are a fresh graduate and have no project experience. The useless project experience is because you are lazy, not because you graduated this year. Many other fresh graduates also have a lot of project experience. Don't write too much project experience for fresh graduates, one or two is enough. If you have really done 3 or 4 projects, have those projects really done well? If there are really three or four good projects, then just put two representative ones in your resume . The project does not lie in many but in essence. It must be precise, in-depth, and precise. It really reflects your workload, and you have done a lot of things. You can see that this project is really done by you. Don’t put other people’s projects there and run them. Just tell people "Hey, this is my project experience", which is deceptive; after you have work experience, you can write more, if you really have three years of experience, five years of experience, you can write more If you have no work experience, write a few less. The project experience of fresh graduates must be done by themselves. It can be done in school or outside. Anyway, it must be done by yourself. You can go to the Internet to find some projects by yourself, but you have to do it yourself. More, 1 or 2 is enough, but the writing must be detailed enough and attractive, so that the interviewer will know that you did it at a glance, and you can say it when you are asked. Many people finish a project in two days. Will the project made in two days be worth money? Not worth the money at all, if your project has been done for two weeks and done for two months, then it must be worth money. I got a project experience in two days, who is fooling, it is not worth the money, and I know that this thing is downloaded from the Internet, and I did not do it myself. As for changing careers, some people have three years of experience, but these three years are not related to this. Those who switch to software development have three years of other work experience. What you do can stand up to other people's questions, and you will indeed be able to when others ask you. If you ask three questions, the interviewer will think that you were fooling around in the previous company, or that you are lying, and the company will not want you.

In the final analysis, it depends on your strength. You can do whatever you want. Others don’t care when your project was done. The key is that you have to do it yourself. You really know how to do it. Don’t think that the packaging is deceiving. You really have experience. That's the key.
