1. How to initiate a live broadcast

1. [Workbench->Live] application can be launched;

[Group chat - "+" - group live broadcast] can be initiated. When launching a live broadcast, it supports previewing the live video. After confirming the start of the live broadcast, it will enter the live broadcast.

2. In the live broadcast application or group chat tool, it is supported to initiate an appointment live broadcast. You can set the start time, live broadcast duration, and live broadcast type; after launching, you can share the live broadcast with your friends. Friends can enter the live broadcast details to reserve the live broadcast. After the appointment, you can cancel the appointment.
Note: The live broadcast initiated by the home-school-enterprise group chat supports reservations, while the live broadcast initiated by the workbench does not currently support reservations.

Individuals with real names in WeChat Work can initiate live broadcasts, but only WeChat users can initiate live broadcasts, not WeChat users.

2. Supported types

There are several types of live broadcasts: [General Live Broadcast], [Corporate Training], [Event Live Broadcast], and [Promotion Live Broadcast]:

1. Universal live broadcast

Support the whole industry, support the basic functions of live broadcast, such as beauty, playback, etc.

2. Corporate training live broadcast

Added one-click sign-in for corporate training, and the lecturer supports checking the sign-in status.
When the anchor (lecturer) initiates the sign-in, he can choose to sign in within 30 seconds, 1 minute, or 2 minutes. Currently, it does not support custom setting of the time limit.
After the live broadcast, the lecturer can check the check-in status and support export.
If the user uses WeChat to sign in, the displayed information is the WeChat nickname

3. Event live broadcast

It is only supported on the win side, and supports obs streaming and rtmp live streaming.
About streaming: It means that the customer processes the video content through a third-party streaming tool, and the tool then pushes the stream to the streaming address we provide. When the broadcast starts, the host does not need to collect the video through the camera of the local device, and the system will automatically play it to the audience. The streaming address of the live broadcast room receives video data in real time.
(1) Support live streaming in streaming mode, which is suitable for live broadcast scenarios where enterprises require higher formality and flexibility in video production.
(2) At present, it only supports the selection of this function when booking a live broadcast on the Win side; Mac, Ios, and Android do not support it for the time being.
(3) Support setting the cover of the shared card, the recommended size is 800×640 pixels, and the size does not exceed 1M.
(4) Support setting the cover of the live room, the recommended size is 1080×2160 pixels, and the size does not exceed 2M.
(5) Support obs push stream and rtmp live stream.
(6) In streaming mode, Lianmai is not supported for now.

4. Promote live streaming

At present, enterprises in primary industries such as medical care, finance, government, and education (secondary industries in education: preschool education, junior high school education, higher education, educational administrative units, and others) are temporarily out of the scope of internal testing. Other industries already support this feature.
Before launching a live broadcast, or when making an appointment for a live broadcast, you can choose to use the live broadcast for "general live broadcast/promote products". When you select "promote products", you can add "products in the live broadcast room" and support "adding products in the Mini Program Mall". /"Add Product Receipt";
"Add Product in the Mini Program Mall" and "Add Product Receipt" can only be selected from one of the two, and cannot be selected at the same time;

3. The live broadcast ends

The anchor can see how many "products in the live broadcast room" there are in the live broadcast details, and what products are they?
If the host adds a product in the Mini Program Mall, there will be an additional statistical item of "added product" in the live broadcast details statistics. Click on the details to see the number of views and the number of viewers of each product. The computer can export this Detailed list; click on one of the products, you can also see the specific viewers and the number of views;
If the host adds a product receipt, there will be an additional statistical item "added product receipt" in the live broadcast details statistics. Click on the details to see the amount of payment and the number of receipts for each receipt , Number of payers, the detailed list can be exported on the computer side; click on one of the receipts, and you can also see the specific paying audience, payment amount and number of payments.
The background does not currently support viewing the statistical items of products/product receipts, but you can view them on mobile phones/computers.

4. Spread of live streaming

Enterprises that grayscale to the "promote live broadcast" function must first add the products in the live broadcast room before launching the "promote live broadcast", and then let colleagues spread the live broadcast after launching the live broadcast.

5. System version requirements for live streaming

WeChat users need to ensure that the WeChat version is 7.0.12 or later to watch the live broadcast.
The XP system does not support live streaming at the moment.
