01 Choose a road with fewer people, from B-level to A-level

I have always wanted to share a topic with you, about why we want to build a partner cloud. It not only represents myself, but also represents some ideas of our team.

I am a skeptic. Is what most people agree to be right necessarily true? This is a very counterintuitive logic. Because more than 80% of people agree that the right thing means that the road may be crowded.

For example, when we were young, we were taught to learn mathematics, physics and chemistry well, and we are not afraid to travel all over the world. According to this idea, I will study hard first, and then find a job, so that I can realize myself. But if we only study for university entrance exams and college entrance examinations for finding a job, we will find that there are countless people competing with you on this road. Thousands of troops cross the single-plank bridge, and A-level talents may finally get a B-level result. .

If we think backwards, our ultimate goal is self-realization, then we can reversely deduce from self-realization, what work should I do to achieve self-realization? What kind of university and what kind of major do you want to take? What should I study? In this way, you can clearly find your own path in life.

For example, if I aspire to be a programmer, then I started to learn to write programs when I was 6 years old in elementary school, and learned for my goal. Of course, it would be more painful to choose a road with few people. In order to write programs, I gave up a lot. I am not an excellent person, but a hard-working person who knows the direction and spends all the time doing homework and class time writing programs. In the eyes of the people at that time, I was in a very loser state. Why didn't the students study hard and engage in some unscrupulous things every day. But I was also lucky to catch up with the cycle of the Internet. At that time, very few people could write programs.

I started writing programs in 1994. By 2003 and 2004, I was already a senior programmer with seven or eight years of experience. There were very few people competing with me, so I changed from a B-level person to an A-level person. people.

This incident has benefited me a lot, and I also realized that if we invest in a cycle in advance, it will lead to a better result to a large extent, although we may have to endure being a loser in the process. We ordinary people do not have many opportunities in our lives, so we must seize some opportunities that belong to us, and let an ordinary person come to create history and realize our own life value.

02 In the big cycle of digitization and intelligence, how do ordinary people seize opportunities

Although young people born in the 90s have not caught up with the big cycle of the Internet and mobile Internet, nor the big cycle of real estate of the previous generation, we have caught up with the cycle of digitalization and intelligence. This is a road full of thorns, but this road can still be taken. We can achieve corner overtaking through the conversion cycle, so that you can change from an ordinary person to an A-level talent, and stand out among your partners and classmates.

We all know that the process of digitalization is very difficult. Various problems will be encountered in the process of promoting online, promoting the practice of bosses, promoting value generation, and promoting corporate culture. In fact, it was very difficult for us to do the Internet back then. QQ had no income for many years, but the server and labor costs were very high. The founding team was wondering whether what we did was meaningful and whether we could survive? In fact, this is exactly the same as our current digitalization process. The current Internet environment is much better than before, with two very big advantages:

First, there are more than N manufacturers, including start-up companies, including BAT, which have lowered the threshold for using the Internet. The Internet has changed from a thing that has no business model, is difficult to use, is very slow, is not fun, and is not easy to use, to an industry that can truly and effectively generate commercial value.

Second, many people, including the webmaster we served at that time, as well as the current self-media, e-commerce, etc., have also realized their own value in the wave, catching up with the train of the times, realizing overtaking on curves, and making many impossible It became possible, and this is how we have the prosperous Internet today.

03 Zero code enables people who understand business to better realize digitalization

Going back to the topic of Partner Cloud, some people say that more than 80% of the enterprise digitization process actually uses Excel to manage orders, accounts, and customers. Is this correct?

totally not. Excel is of course a great tool, but it is a product born in the PC era. It does not have so many collaboration functions, permission functions, verification functions, and related functions, etc., even online EXCEL cannot do it.

We often see users keep copying and pasting in an Excel table, and use VLOOKUP to continuously extend the contents of each table. When you fill in a content over and over again, there is actually a high probability of making mistakes. Going a step further, when we want to make statistics on the data, you will find that making a graph in Excel is not only ugly, but also requires a lot of learning by yourself to make the graph; you need to send both the original data and the graph to Only other people can see the source of the graph and analyze it; in addition, because Excel is a desktop software, there may be thousands or tens of thousands of lines of content, and it is already very laborious to open. Many small and medium-sized enterprises use Excel to realize digitalization, which is wrong in itself.

Medium and large enterprises usually need customized development of projects, and they can find professional suppliers to build digital systems. But many things cannot be solved with money. Internal management, processes, business, business indicators, etc. need to have a sufficient understanding of the business of the enterprise itself to be able to achieve it . This is why many custom-developed projects cannot be delivered, the customer is not satisfied, or a lot of money and time are spent, and it is not used in the end. This is also a current situation. The digitalization of most medium and large enterprises relies on high budgets to customize and develop projects, but it cannot really solve the problem of digitalization.

Using Excel and using custom development, we don't think it is the true and correct path for digitization. Based on this idea, we started to build Partner Cloud. Partner Cloud was originally called Cloud Form. In fact, we just wanted to solve these problems that many people use Excel, solve the permissions, associations, additional association filling, wizard filling, verification, data analysis, Collaboration, data trails, big data, and more. In addition to solving the problem of people who use Excel, we also solved the customization problem of large and medium-sized enterprises, and built a data warehouse that can support tens of millions or even hundreds of millions of data. Workflow, triggers, and a lot of advanced permission processing, data calculation engine with expression engine, data analysis, etc. have been done.

04 Climb the peak of zero code with your partners, and see all the mountains and small mountains

When I was climbing a mountain a few days ago, I had a feeling: a good mountain should be able to be climbed by all users, no matter they are young, old, children, or even people in poor health. This is very similar to our vision. We want to benefit the public and realize value through digital and intelligent methods. As pathfinders, we explore a road through thorns and thorns, and let the road builders behind build steps and repair cable cars until everyone can reach the top of the mountain. Just like we are doing training now, let more people become the first warriors to climb, and then attract more people to appreciate the beauty of digitalization and intelligence.

What does our partner cloud essentially want to serve? who is it? In fact, they are climbers. They may be those who are familiar with the business in the enterprise. They may be born in the 90s, 80s, or even 70s, and some may even be born in the 00s. And when these people want to realize digitalization, solve the pain points of digitalization, or solve efficiency problems or automation problems in the enterprise, they need a tool. We deeply feel that Partner Cloud has a great responsibility and mission to provide users with a good tool, and zero code is the path we choose.

In the next two to three months, we will release new feature updates. We have been working hard on how to be seen more, how can our digital achievements be better displayed? How can our barriers to entry be further lowered? We have already lowered the threshold of products through zero code, how can we be closer to the actual needs of our users and lower the threshold even lower?

For example, through intelligent AI, we can reduce our zero-code threshold by 20%, 50% or even 100%. These are some things we want to do .

I hope that in the future, we can create together with everyone, realize value together, and level the road to digitalization and intelligence. Let those who contribute to the digitalization of enterprises can be seen , discovered, achieved, promoted and raised, and given a chance to overtake on a corner. We believe that digitalization should not be a dividend for a few people as it is now, but a dividend for all people and the general public.
