It's actually very simple, you just need to know how to use the advanced search of the search site. Below are some common academic search engines, summarized below, mainly for engineering (computer/communication, etc.).

The search engine can retrieve the full text, as long as the link of the code can be retrieved, then the keyword to extract the link is github.com, then other keywords can be of interest to you, as long as you add this keyword, it is relatively easy to find open source code papers in the computer field, but for other fields, such as communications, you need to use This trick goes to retrieve some papers according to your needs. Take IEEEEXplore as an example. For example, if I want to retrieve all open source code conference papers of the communication conference Globecom2022, another keyword is GLOBECOM 2022 - 2022 IEEE Global Communications Conference, try not to make mistakes

Sure enough, there are, but it should also be noted that if there is a github link in the reference, it will also cause a little interference to the search. It may be that only the github link is found in the references.
After my experiments, I found that this method still misses some documents. I also reported this problem to the IEEE Group, but I haven't received a reply yet. Then use Google Scholar (requires scientific Internet access)!
There are a lot more, I clicked to the last paper on the last page, and found that there are links, absolutely, better than IEEE Xplore!
