In the winter vacation of my freshman year, my instructor suggested that I learn about blockchain technology and apply for a blockchain-related innovation and entrepreneurship project for college students. Originally, the subject the teacher gave me was agricultural product traceability + blockchain. This topic has a lot of information for reference. It has also developed relatively maturely, and there are many projects that have landed. The tutor also gave me more than 100 patent documents, and asked me to read them into categories. I remember that I was really hungry and thirsty at that time. I felt that I had discovered a new continent and I was becoming more and more interested in blockchain technology. However, something happened afterwards, and my mentor suggested that I do radio and television + blockchain projects. I don't know much about the field of radio and television, and there are only so many things I have come into contact with, so I proposed a TV ratings statistics system based on blockchain technology.
It is not very painful to do this project, because it is a simple Node.js+MongoDB, using a command line parameter file, which simply simulates the viewing data transmitted by the set-top box, and does not connect the set-top box. In fact, I also studied it for a week. Because the course time is very tight, I can only find time to do it after class. This Daiso project has been carried out for a year, and then it was completed normally.
Keep up the good work on Ethereum
After a period of contact with the blockchain, I began to understand Ethereum and Solidity. However, there were very few study materials in China at that time, so I could only read English materials slowly. During the period, due to some problems in the management of donated materials during the epidemic, we proposed a precise service platform for donations based on blockchain technology.
This time I plan to use Solidity and web3.js to complete this project. Web3.js is easy to learn. After all, my project is relatively simple to interact with. Solidity is more troublesome to learn. I directly learned the latest version of Solidity.
Although I can barely work on a function of adding, deleting, checking and modifying based on Ethereum, I am not satisfied with the status quo. I began to try to get in touch with the leaders of the Ethereum Foundation and learn more from them.

In July this year, I accidentally checked the official website of Ethereum, and I found that there is a document translation project in Ethereum. I immediately invested a lot of time and have translated more than 15,000 words so far.

The staff of Ethereum also invited me to participate in Devcon, the Ethereum developer conference in Bogota, the capital of Colombia. I am really honored! Unfortunately, due to the epidemic and my low level of foreign language, it is probably impossible to go there for the time being.

Today, Ethereum is about to merge, which will transform the PoW consensus mechanism into PoS, which will greatly reduce energy consumption. In this way, I have become more bullish on Ethereum.
