Inspection location: 1 factory building, 2 factory building indoor and outdoor
Check content:
1. Indoor and outdoor fire hydrants:
The appearance of the indoor bolt is normal;
Outdoor hydrant: The antifreeze and dustproof cover of the hydrant is damaged or lost, and the fire hydrant lacks anti-collision protection;
According to the regulations, the distance from the outer wall of the factory building should not be less than 5m, and the farthest should not be greater than 40m.
2. Fire evacuation:
1. Emergency lights and evacuation indicator lights are damaged;
2. Clean up the stair storage cabinets in the workshop;
3. The safety passage and the ground of the track in the factory are damaged.
3. Fire signage:
1. The signs in the workshop are damaged;
2. The signs at the entrance of the workshop are aging; emergency evacuation signs.
4. Fire extinguisher:
Check the maintenance period and appearance, and the appearance of some maintenance period expired is unclear.
Five, wire circuit:
The scattered lines on the external wall need to be fixed.
6. Factory safety:
1. The height of the fixed climbing ladder for the chimney on the outer wall should be 220cm higher than the ground;
2. Special equipment: forklift cleaning, seat belt safe driving, on-board debris cleaning, personnel holding certificates, and safe parking.
7. Environmental cleanup:
1. Green trees are damaged;
2. Clean up sundries in the square; repair walls.
Eight, personnel requirements:
Full-time inspectors strengthen their studies and continuously improve their professional skills.
Summary: During the fire inspection of the plant, we found some potential safety hazards and problems. We have documented and reported these issues and will take appropriate measures to resolve them and ensure fire safety inside and outside the plant. At the same time, we can continue to strengthen safety awareness education to ensure the integrity of fire protection facilities and the safety of personnel.
