According to the " Patent Fee Reduction Measures ", a patent applicant or patentee may request a reduction of the following patent fees:

Reduction ratio:
- If the patent applicant or patentee is a single individual or a single entity, 85% of the fees in the table below shall be reduced.
- If two or more individuals or units are joint patent applicants or joint patentees, 70% of the aforementioned fees will be reduced.
2 Operation process of fee reduction filing
