Note: Under normal circumstances, the key of the WeChat merchant platform does not need to be updated and reset. The site should keep the key properly and update the certificate regularly. If After misoperation or need to reset the key, please update the key in the background of the app synchronously.
Update certificate process:
Entrance: Account Center--api security--apply for api certificate, manage certificate
Click Apply for a new certificate to enter the process of applying for a new certificate
1. Open the [Generate API Certificate] pop-up window in [Merchant Platform], click "Allow Access" to agree to the web page to access the clipboard;
2.①In the [Merchant Platform]-"Submit Request String" link, click the "Download Certificate Tool" button;
② After downloading and opening the file "WXCertUtil.exe";
③ In [Certificate Tools], click the "Apply for Certificate" button, as shown below:
3. In the [Certificate Tool]-"Fill in Merchant Information" link, after filling in the Merchant ID and Merchant Name, click the "Next" button to view the Merchant ID and Merchant Name in the [Merchant Platform];
4 .① In the [Certificate Tool] - "Copy Request String" link, click the "Copy" button;
② In [Merchant Platform] - "Submit Request String", paste the request string in the input box;
③Enter "SMS Verification Code" and "Login Password";
④Click "Next" to enter the [Merchant Platform] - "Copy Certificate String" link;
5.① In the [Merchant Platform] - "Copy Certificate String" link, click the "Copy Certificate String" button;
② In the [Certificate Tools] - "Copy Request String" link, click the "Next" button to enter the "Paste Certificate String" link;
③ In [Certificate Tools] - "Paste Certificate String", click the "Paste" button;
④ Click the "Next" button to enter the [Certificate Tool] - "Production Certificate" link
6. In the [Certificate Tool] - "Generate Certificate" link, the certificate application process has been completed, click "View Certificate Folder" to view the generated certificate file.
7. Please save the generated certificate file and upload it to our CRMEB mall management background
