1 Introduction

2 Self-analysis

There are many internal positions in large companies, and the business department mainly has three lines of research and development, projects, and sales. Everyone entering the workplace is a long-distance race of more than 30 years. Which track to choose, we all hope to make choices and decisions that are beneficial to ourselves, gain exercise and experience, and get recognition and material rewards from customers and leaders.

At a certain time point, stop to review and sort out, deduce personal career development goals and paths from life vision and goals, and conduct SWOT analysis on departments, companies and yourself to find the right position.

3 Self-positioning

After having a clearer understanding of yourself, you can position yourself and plan your path based on the project manager's requirements, type, and promotion path.

At the conference, Mr. Ou mentioned the type of project manager, which gave me great inspiration and touch.

Project Manager Type:

l Sales type: Personal charm, strong affinity, good at dealing with people

l Technical type: transfer from developer to project management, good at technology

l Balanced type: technology and management are more balanced

You need to plan according to your own situation, and cooperate with technology, business, and leaders to complete the project.

5 Some touches and golden sentences

Values, project management action guidelines: do what the leaders care about, use in practice, and be beneficial to the continuation of the project.

The project manager is the planner and analyst of the project. Need to be detailed.
