According to user feedback, the device plays the video normally, but it has been recorded for half an hour, and only the most recent one or two minutes of recorded video is available on the platform. Today I will share the troubleshooting process and solutions.
1) Remotely go to the user's platform to view, and the recording plan has been opened normally;
2) Check the user's disk, and the disk space is normal;
3) After testing, it is found that the video will be deleted and re-recorded every five minutes;
4) After further investigation, it was found that the video files were saved in the backend;
5) After communicating with the user, it was found that the preset threshold value of the user did not match the actual disk space, and the video recording could not be saved because the threshold value was too large;
6) After changing the threshold, the recording function returns to normal.
