1. Professor Li Shiwei, acting dean of the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (Guangzhou) System Hub, became the first Chinese scientist to win the most important honor award in the field of electronic packaging. On October 28, ASME, the world's top academic organization in the field of mechanical engineering, announced that it awarded the organization's most important honor award in the field of electronic packaging, the 2021 Avram Bar-Cohen Memorial Award, to Professor Li Shiwei, Acting Dean of the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (Guangzhou) System Hub . The honorary award issued this time aims to recognize the most outstanding professionals in electronic packaging and related fields, with extremely high standards and far-reaching influence in academia and industry. Since its establishment in 1999, the award has been awarded every one to two years. So far, there are only 12 winners. Professor Li Shiwei is also the first Chinese scientist to receive this honor.
2.
