Step 6 In the pop-up dialog box, please confirm whether the AC power supply is connected, and confirm that the battery is full (capacity is above 80%) and has been installed on the laptop. Step 7 Click the Next button in the pop-up dialog box.

Step 9 Press Enter to enter the main interface of the Embedded Controller Program Update Utility.
Prompt If you see this screen under Windows (the upgrade program cannot run in Windows environment) or the power management in BIOS has not been turned off (refers to the energy-saving options of BIOS, such as standby or hibernation), please exit immediately. Because during the upgrade process, standby or hibernation is equivalent to the failure of the upgrade.
Step 10 Press the Y key to start the upgrade, and the installation will end after less than a minute.
Step 11 Restart the computer and press the F1 key to enter the BIOS, you can see that the version of the Embedded Controller Program is already 1.04.
There is another simple way to prompt is to click the system information (system information) in the upper right corner of the Access Thinkpad column, and you can also see the current BIOS version.
