Recently, some users have reported that the WebRTC protocol of EasyNVR cannot be played. After receiving the feedback, the technicians immediately checked and resolved it.
After investigation by technicians, it is found that the reason why the WebRTC protocol cannot be played is that the user has not set the configuration file correctly. To fix the issue, just follow the steps below.
1. First stop the service, open the installation directory, enter the mediaserver folder, and open the tsingsee.ini configuration file in text mode;
2. Then find host_ip and change its value to the IP address of the server;
3. Finally, save and re-run the service.
