Today we will share the troubleshooting process and solutions.
1) First, test whether the server can communicate with the EasyNVS server, as shown in the figure:
2) As shown in the figure above, the server can communicate normally, and then check whether the access password is correct:
As shown in the figure above, it indicates that the access password is correct.
3) Check whether the server time is normal:
The server time is abnormal, check whether the server cannot normally interact with EasyNVS through frp due to time reasons.
4) Execute the following command to update the time:
ntpdate -dv ntp.ubuntu.com ; hwclock -w
5) After the update, the EasyNVR platform has been successfully connected.
