1,000 pieces of board: There is a problem with the design of this one. I have not considered the power supply and high-frequency part. It is estimated that this board will have problems when it runs. It is recommended to make a new set.

8,000 boards: No way, no way, how can there be no mistakes with so many rules? Re-do it, isn’t it just a month’s salary?

10,000+ boards: (cleaning up his face) Well, I am mainly responsible for this design error. I have failed the trust of the company leaders. I am sorry for the training of the party, the country, and the people. I sincerely apologize and write down 4D summary, in the next design, it is guaranteed that the same mistakes will not be made.

Heart: Don't adjust the wrong board, don't fly the wire, don't cut the copper skin, you will die.

5. I once, when it was still in the entrepreneurial period.

I have the final say on the whole research and development, and draw a circular PCB again.

7. As shown in the picture, the board designed by a hardware engineer before, a small design error caused the flying wires to be used in this place in the picture. The welding room flew all afternoon.

Once the customer was the same, and only found a small error in the small batch trial production stage, and it was also necessary to fly the wires, 2000 boards, because of the deadline, the hardware department and the supervisor + the factory welding technician flew in the factory for three days and three nights .

The biggest time I have seen seven or eight thousand boards need to fly, the hardware is ready and resigned, and the salary for the month is gone.

8. At the end of 2016, the company received an order for rework. The BOM on the palm-sized pcb made a mistake with a dozen 0201 resistors and capacitors. There were thousands of boards in total. Later, I heard that all the employees in the hardware department of this company were fired. .

9. Am I the only one like this? Every time the pcb is sent out, it is accompanied by worries, which will be relieved after getting the pcb test. There are too many places where it is easy to go wrong.

10. It’s okay for the hardware to make mistakes during the design stage. Generally, copper cutting and flying wires can basically guarantee that the software design will not be delayed. In fact, the development cycle given by the hardware engineer includes at least three to five revision cycles. But if you can't stand it, people won't give you this time at all.

11. If you draw the wrong schematic diagram by yourself, go to the flying line by yourself. . .

There was a colleague in the past, and the customer required X±, Y±, and a pull-down resistor to be connected to the circuit in each of the four directions.

It was supposed to be incorporated. . . . he. . String it in. .

Then after the finished product came out, I took a bunch of 0Ω resistors to short circuit. .

The adapter board made a mistake and flew the wires by itself. . Don't be too sour. .
