The long-term goal is to expand the scope of dual-intelligence construction for the entire city, greatly increase the coverage of urban smart infrastructure and the penetration rate of intelligent networked vehicles, and realize the interconnection between people, vehicles, roads and cities; deeply explore the value of vehicle-city fusion data , Serve L3 and above intelligent networked vehicles to realize automatic driving, realize mutual empowerment between car cities, significantly improve the level of urban intelligent management, and promote the improvement of people's livelihood.

The overall structure of Shuangzhi can be divided into five parts: urban intelligent infrastructure, intelligent networked vehicles, support and services, vehicle city network platform and scene application.
