Recently, I recruited a test position for the company, and the job requirements are preferably girls, because the leader thinks that girls will be more careful in testing. Although there are indeed many test resume markets, and many excellent students have been interviewed, but sometimes they are very helpless. Mainly There are two aspects. First, many girls will consider family factors more, and pay more attention to the distance from home and the intensity of overtime.
2. Are girls suitable for being programmers?
Many of my female colleagues in the IT field often wonder whether they are suitable to be programmers. After working in the IT industry for a long time, I found that some of the female friends around me have changed careers, and some are laying the foundation for the career change. Prepare. Many people ask me this question, whether they should continue to do technology development or switch to products, or directly switch to other professions. After summarizing, I feel that I am not suitable to be a programmer for the following reasons:
- I feel that women’s logical thinking is inferior to that of men, and they have no confidence in themselves
- Think that women's career development is limited, and many companies treat girls who are married and have no children unfairly
- Confused whether to put family first or career first
- I don't like working overtime, my hair loss is serious, I feel like I'm going to be a yellow-faced woman after working too much overtime
- Others simply don't like
I think that as long as you like it, there is no such thing as whether it is suitable or not. Only you know whether the clothes are suitable for you. I don’t think that women’s logical thinking is worse than boys. We have seen too many excellent girls, even logical thinking. Far more than girls, as for some unfair treatment, I believe that with the continuous progress of our society, it will be solved slowly, as long as you love, you can give fearlessly.
3. Unfair treatment suffered by girls during interviews
Many friends complained about the unfair treatment they suffered during interviews, and they felt more and more that the industry’s tolerance for women was too low. During interviews, they would always be asked additionally, "Do you have a partner? Are you married? Are you married?" Do you plan? Do you have any plans to have children? Can you work overtime?”, especially for those who are married and have no children, many companies will pay special attention, so many girls find it very difficult to find a job.
For female programmers, every problem is fatal. Perhaps, from the perspective of the company, these issues are indeed issues that need to be considered, but for female programmers, is it because of their gender, just because they are girls, that their abilities and all previous efforts are denied?

4. How to do a good job in career planning
Society is cruel. Given the status quo, is there any good plan to avoid some problems?
- Relatively speaking, if you really like development, it is recommended to engage in front-end development, because women are born with an aesthetic buff. It may not be regarded as a flower, because you know that male programmers are more straight, and you may become a female man over time.
