[Operation Tutorial] How to correctly use the Haikang demo tool to configure the channel to go online?

The EasyCVR platform has strong scalability, quick deployment, and flexible video capabilities. The mainstream standard protocols that can be supported include GB28181, RTSP/Onvif, RTMP, etc., as well as private protocols and SDK access of manufacturers, including Hikvision Ehome, Hikvision SDK, Dahua SDK, etc., can distribute video streams in RTSP, RTMP, FLV, HLS, WebRTC and other formats.

A user uses Hikvision's DS-A80624S storage server to access the device, and when the device is connected to the EasyCVR platform through the HIKSDK protocol, the number of channels is found to be 0. During the investigation, we entered the device through the Hikvision demo tool, and found that the channel was displayed as ×, guessing that the user may have made a wrong operation to cause the above problems. Today we will share with you how to correctly use Hikvision's demo tool to configure the channel and make it go online.

1) Select the "Configuration" module at the top of the demo interface, and select "IP Access Configuration" on the right side of the interface;

2) In the IP device access management interface, select the stream type as "device stream";

3) In the list box, select a channel such as IPCamera07, and enter the IP of the front-end device such as 10***, user name, password, port 8000, channel number such as 9, etc. in the "Add Channel Information" box;

4) Click Add->Save->Refresh in turn, and you can see that the channel status has changed from "Unavailable" to "Online", which means that the channel is added successfully. At this time, you can also view the channel information on the EasyCVR page.

Note: In the list box, select an online channel to modify and delete it. After adding, modifying, and deleting channels each time, click Save and Refresh.

5) The screenshot of adding operation is as follows:

As shown in the interface, click "Refresh" to get the IPC encoder information, you can select the group number 0~15 to display, each group displays 64 encoders, and a total of 16x64=1024 encoders can be displayed, that is, the encoders on the interface The name must be a pure number between 1 and 1024 to be displayed on the demo. The added IPC is displayed in the device tree view as follows:

After the configuration is complete, you can see that the device is online on the demo. On the EasyCVR platform, access it through the HIKSDK protocol, and the channel is now online normally.

EasyCVR video fusion cloud service platform has rich and flexible video capabilities, which can realize video transcoding, playback, recording, playback, cloud storage, cascading and other capabilities. It has a wide range of applications in offline scenarios, such as smart construction sites, smart campuses, Smart communities, smart buildings, etc.

With the wide application of AI intelligent analysis technology, we are also actively researching and developing the integration of related technologies and video services. Recently, we have released an intelligent supervision solution for safety production based on the EasyCVR platform + edge AI hardware based on AI intelligent analysis technology. The functions that can be realized include helmet detection, protective clothing detection, smoke and fire detection, indoor channel blockage detection, and sleeping and leaving work. Testing, etc., welcome to pay attention to us to understand.
