Some user feedback: I don’t know when it started. When operating the new version of vmware, I always feel that the running is stuck. I thought it was because the configuration of the physical machine could not keep up. Vmware still feels stuck, what should I do?
The specific operation is as follows:

Open the preferences of the virtual machine and find the [Memory] tab:
Set [Extra Memory] to "Adjust all virtual machine memory so that...",
Then switch to the [Priority] tab:
Set [Crawled Input Content] to [High],
The above settings are completed and confirmed.
The specific reason is: if the physical memory division of the virtual machine is not enough, the virtual machine system will automatically use the hard disk as virtual memory, but the speed is like a snail. At the same time, the memory between the virtual machine and the host can be exchanged by default. That is to say, if the memory of your host is not enough, it will grab some memory from the virtual machine, which is also the reason for the slowdown of the virtual system.

Edit the virtual machine settings, switch to the [Options] tab,
Switch to the [Advanced] option, also set the priority to [High] and tick [Disable memory page trimming]:
Now after turning on the virtual machine again, there is no lag at all after the operation, and the frame rate detected by MSI Afterburner can reach more than 30fps, and even run to 60fps.
