How to do it in the software industry? This is a question I often think about, because I can't do anything else except this industry. In my opinion, there are the following ways:
    1. Climbing to the management level, you can find a good platform and opportunity to make certain achievements, become an indispensable person in the company, and climb to the management level in the position. However, this method is only suitable for small and medium-sized companies, because the basic personnel structure of large companies has already been formed, and it is difficult to climb up.
    2. Be a technical expert or a business expert. But now there are too many experts, some are true and some are false. We should try our best to be an expert with real talents and real learning, and become an irreplaceable expert, because the word expert is not valuable, and what is valuable is your real talents and real learning.
    3. Start a business with like-minded people. Of course, there must be opportunities, and opportunities must be seized. However, I think this method pays the most effort, and it is also more difficult, because the Internet is almost saturated now. But there is still room, as long as there is a good idea.
    4. To do big data, although the concept of big data has been proposed for many years, it is currently used by some large enterprises or companies in first- and second-tier cities, and there is still a lot of room for development. More and more, because big data and mobile Internet are the two major development trends in the future. And there is no age limit for big data, you can still get it when you are in your 40s, because it just means you are experienced.
    5. Transition to testing, development to testing is more popular than those who have been doing testing all the time, because you can not only test black boxes, but also have the skills to perform white box testing with code, code logic, and database checking. And there's no age issue in testing, I've seen testers in their forties.
    6. Change industries. The software industry is currently in the top five high-paying industries. If you work in this industry for more years, you will save some money. You can support changing industries at that time. This is also a good choice. confused.
    7. Eat and wait until you die. One year of work counts as one year. Work until the company closes down, until the company is dismissed, and until you can no longer find a job. This method is the most unwilling outcome.


If you have a colleague or friend who is in a state of oppression and urgency, please don't laugh at his inconsistency, and don't comment on him out of context, because your thoughts may be inconsistent. Everyone has their own life plans and expectations.
