The post (position) management module mainly manages the posts (positions) of the organization, including: adding, modifying, deleting, moving, setting users for posts, setting permissions for posts, etc. Post management is a commonly used module in enterprise applications, and it also belongs to the foundation of other business applications. Reasonable organization and planning of positions under the organizational structure can have a multiplier effect on the later management. After logging in to the system, select "Post Management" to enter the post management module.
The main interface of the post (position) management module is shown in the following figure:
When adding and editing a post, we can set the user of the post. After the addition or editing is successful, you can also click "User" on the main interface of "Post Management" to set the association of the post user. As shown below:
In the above figure, you can see the users owned by the current position. If a user no longer belongs to this position, you can remove the user, or add a valid user to this position, so that it inherits all the functions of this position. All permissions you have. Click "Add User" to open the "User Selection" dialog box for user selection, as shown in the following figure:
In the user selection interface, you can press the Control key to make multiple selections, otherwise it is single selection. After selecting the user, click the "Select" button to add the selected user to the current position. If there are too many users, we can also perform fuzzy query or display by role classification, as shown in the following figure:
In the post permission setting interface, we can set the accessible modules (menus) and the operation permissions for the selected post.

In the post permission setting interface in the figure above, the entire interface adopts a new layout. The top is the drop-down list for business system selection. All subsystems are listed here for selection. After selecting a subsystem, the current sub-system will be displayed below. List of all modules in the system. Selecting the check box in front of the corresponding module means granting access to the current module. Selecting a module will list all the operation permission items of the current module to the right. Similarly, to grant an operation permission item, just select the previous Check box, cancel the permission only need to cancel the selection of the check box. The premise that the checkbox on the right can be operated is that the checkbox of the corresponding module on the left is selected. Otherwise, it is gray and unselectable, as shown in the following figure.
