The sales performance data we need can be displayed in real time through the performance dashboard, which can provide data support for the team more friendly.

1. Overview of requirements
The company's retail team has a pain point that cannot obtain real-time market sales performance data and effectively display it through the market. During our cooperation with Alibaba Cloud, we learned about ARMS, a PaaS-level Alibaba Cloud product that is an end-to-end integrated real-time monitoring solution, which can perfectly solve the pain points of our retail business. We successfully completed the preparation of performance data and the presentation of performance data.
Here is a brief share of the experience of ARMS for real-time performance data display.

2. Data push, cleaning and configuration
In order to facilitate pushing data from the data center to the public cloud ARMS, we have adopted the following architecture:
Among them, the ARMS Agent is deployed on each machine, the data is pushed to the SLS of the public cloud, and then the data of the SLS is accessed through ARMS for real-time analysis and statistics, and the final results are displayed on ARMS and DataV at the same time.
Among them, more importantly, in order to facilitate the calculation logic of ARMS, we need to extract the following key fields in the log:
- the date of sale;
- Dimension of each sale, such as category, item number;
- Key measures of sales, such as the number of pieces sold, amount, etc.

3. ARMS market display
The market can be displayed in a timed cycle of multiple Tabs, which can save manual switching and be more user-friendly.
