Ten years of Java programmers, are you lost?

For the stable Java programmers, this topic is likely to resonate. Everyone has more or less seen their own shadows in me. They have seen the same hesitation in the past, and there may be the same hesitation in starting a business. I must have seen all the comments. Some of them I just saw and responded in time. Some of the comments were not responded in time due to time constraints. After all, it is not possible to sit in front of the computer every day to do things. Please forgive me.

1. Working and Entrepreneurship

We will encounter many and various choices along the way. Here we mainly talk about whether to work or start a business, because in the comments, I think there are still many people who say this. First of all, we need to know ourselves. I remember that someone said that people’s life is a process of knowing themselves, because there are adjustments and changes. What I want to say is, ask yourself, is it suitable for work or starting a business. We have all experienced it at work, so I won't say much here. What about starting a business? (Personal opinion, of course I feel that I am not qualified to guide you to say this)

1. Being able to endure hardship is a prerequisite and a necessary quality. As I said in the previous article, wearing the stars and wearing the moon and sweating like rain are common things. In fact, needless to say, I believe that most people who choose this path basically have it. Going out early and returning late every day, and there is no fixed meal point (you will definitely experience it at the beginning)

2. The ability to withstand pressure, you will encounter many difficulties when you come out to do things. Whether you can succeed or not depends on you to solve them one by one. The technical difficulties of going to work or programmers are different. We can either Google Baidu, or find a superior or discuss how to solve it. There are many difficulties in starting a business. All you have to do is to solve it. There is no Google Baidu, no superiors.

3. Character, it is said that character determines destiny. In fact, there is a certain truth. Character determines your attitude in dealing with opportunities and difficulties. Many programmers around me are very introverted and don't do much other than go to work.

2. Transformation

As a Java programmer, I am actually an introvert. I used to be timid on many occasions and timid in doing things. But it’s not good to go out and do things like this. If you don’t do it, who can help you ? Many times, you have to bite the bullet. Negotiate with others, find leaders to exchange business, eat or even drink, give gifts ...

A few days ago , a friend who was doing .net in the QQ group complained: After being recommended by a friend, I introduced myself to a private job, but I only gave a part of the deposit to start working. No, where is wrong to improve and so on. Many people in the group also expressed their opinions and opinions. I think most of them are complaining, or they say that people like the other party are shameless, this kind of person is not suitable for dealing with, this kind of person is not worthy of being your friend, etc. Personally, I think that friends who introduce you to private life can think that you are not bad for you. Besides, you accept this private life, which means that of course you are profitable in this life. Do you complain if you do n’t receive the balance ? There are too many dealings with people, and there is no guarantee that the other party will abide by the same rules as yourself, but you must have the ability to deal with things. If the other party does n’t pay in time, he is a scum , or give something good ?... There are many ways to do things, but you have to deal with them.

3. What did I lose

If there is gain, of course there will be loss. The loss mentioned here mainly refers to the things that can be expected when I was a Java programmer.
