Personal opinion: CF is a Russian website. Most of the time, the competition time is determined according to local time, so for us, sometimes it is a bit late (Benjun only has time to participate in CF on weekends).
Of course, there are times when competitions held by people from other countries are more suitable for us (one time because the competition did not watch a total lunar eclipse (that is, a super blue blood moon that has never been seen in a thousand years)) .
