The above error is reported in tomcat on the server when the local tomcat starts normally and accesses the normal project.

7.0.68 on local tomcat and 7.0.86 on server

Error reason: The server tomcat version is too high.

Solution: Change the tomcat on the server to 7.0.68, and the access is normal.
