On the contrary, some programmers I know, although they are non-specialists and trained, there are also many very hard-working people. In order to achieve their goals and ideals, they are indeed good. A specialist friend I know has a very good level of development. I feel that they are indeed talented in programming, and they are much better than many people I know.

Analysis by angle:

Maybe the leader recognizes your ability. Although you are not from a major, the leader recognizes your basic ability and quality. The reason why you can't reuse it is that during the interview, they just lack a programmer who is responsible for developing corners. , the positioning for you to start is to let you be responsible for these basic work, and the leader recognizes that you are just able to meet this job, but you may not be able to take on more difficult and bigger jobs. perceptions and impressions. It's not that the leader doesn't reuse you. In fact, that's how he positioned you and recruited you according to his position.

After you enter the company, your growth and progress may be because you are responsible for basic work, and you cannot show your progress and growth.
