My name is Li Wei. I am a college student in the electrical department. After graduation, I entered the "Huawei Microcontroller Programming" for half a year of standardized single-chip training. At present, my trial post is a high-tech enterprise specializing in large-scale integrated circuit design, sales and product design, and has a series of chips independently developed and produced by itself. The main projects are the design of video-specific chips, the development of surveillance camera solutions, the development of surveillance DVR solutions; the development of car audio system solutions; the development of Internet TV and Internet phone solutions.    2. Basic information of the work : 1. Focus on teaching, and the engineering supervisor will learn relevant knowledge. 2. Learn to master the potential of independent design, installation and debugging of electronic products ; further master the correct use of electronic measuring instruments, and the measurement and screening technology of electrical components. Understand the technological process of electronic complete machine products. 3. Complete the design and installation of the entire system independently. 4. Instructor's suggestion : Production practice is an important teaching link to train students to combine theory with practice and improve their practical potential. The production practice of single- chip microcomputer aims to enable students to have a broad understanding of the whole process of actual electronic product production, be familiar with the main technical management modes of electronic products, and learn to master the practical skills of welding, installation and debugging of electronic products during the operation of the practice. Consolidate and deepen the understanding of the theories learned, broaden horizons, improve potential, and lay the necessary foundation for cultivating high-quality hardware engineering talents. Through learning, the combination of theory and practice can enable students to deepen their understanding of the knowledge they have learned, and bring necessary perceptual knowledge to the study of subsequent professional courses.   3. Basic requirements for starting the job: 1. Under the guidance of the company's master , practice welding components on the core board of the test circuit, and master the essentials of welding.   2. Familiar with the performance and pin assignment of components.   3. Solder jumpers, IC sockets, resistors, capacitors, LED devices, etc. on a given PCB board. 4. Check whether the welding is correct. 5.    Each module is combined with each other, and the basic functions it can achieve are as follows:  
  1. Single-chip core board + electronic clock module: realize time display, temperature measurement, and can adjust the time and alarm through the remote control.  
  2. Single- chip core board + wireless transmission module: realize short-range wireless transmission of data.  
  3. MCU core board + MP3 module ( including SD card ) : realize MP3 playback function.  
  4. Single chip core board + RFID module: to realize the simulation of subway ticket checking system.  
  5. Single-chip core board + pulse sensing module: realize the measurement of human pulse sensing.  
  6. Single chip core board + GPS module: realize GPS satellite positioning function.  
   ( 1) Core board circuit design The  
   microcontroller core board circuit mainly includes STC12C5A60S2 microcontroller, electronic clock module interface circuit, MP3 interface circuit, wireless transmission module interface circuit, pulse sensor module interface circuit, GPS module interface circuit, serial port expansion circuit, power supply circuit. The single-chip microcomputer of this system is a single-clock machine cycle (IT) single-chip microcomputer produced by Hongjing Technology . It is a new generation of 8051 single-chip microcomputer with high speed, low power consumption and super interference . By using STC-ISP software, the microcontroller can realize serial on-line programming without programmer or emulator. Instructor's suggestion: The design idea of ​​the core board circuit is mainly based on the working principle and characteristics of the single-chip microcomputer chip, and the peripheral circuits are reasonably designed for its realization: including the power supply circuit, the display circuit part, the reset circuit part, the serial port communication circuit, and the button circuit.
