At present, there are more and more WeChat official accounts and mini-program applications, so how do we capture the two and locate the problem more accurately in the test? Currently, there are usually three solutions, and I will discuss them one by one. |
Note: The premise of reading this article is that readers can use Fiddler for basic packet capture operations.
Fiddler's conventional method of capturing mobile phone applications
First of all, make sure that the phone and PC are in the same wifi;
Then, set Allow remore computers to connect in fiddler, and set the listening port 8888;
Next, set up the HTTP proxy on the mobile phone. The IP of the PC where my fiddler is located is 192.168.1.5. The port number is set to 8888 (note that it is the same as the listening port of fiddler on the PC). Enter the settings in the manual option box and save;
In this way, you can use fiddler to capture WeChat or small programs! While you are controlling your phone, fiddler on the PC will record application requests.
Use WeChat's developer tools
I personally feel that using WeChat developer tools is not simple and fast enough for testers, and it is more suitable for development and debugging.
If you want to know more information, you can refer to the official website, the link is as follows:

Fiddler captures packets through the WeChat PC client
Personally recommend, download the WeChat windows client, open the fiddler packet capture function, open the small program on WeChat (PC side), open the application in the figure below and operate, fiddler can capture the small program.
At the same time, you can see that fiddler has carried out packet capture processing, as shown in the following figure:
Is this way very simple and convenient? We can also use fiddler to easily capture the WeChat official account in the same way!
