Siri on your Mac can help you perform daily tasks, such as getting quick answers to questions, playing music, and more. You can ask Siri for almost anything, and Siri can execute or answer your questions for you. If you are having trouble using Siri, please try these suggestions.
The specific suggestions are as follows
1. Make sure your Mac is connected to the Internet
1. Choose Apple menu> "System Preferences."
2. Then click "Network" to make sure you have connected to the Internet.
2. Make sure Siri is enabled
1. Choose Apple menu> "System Preferences" and click "Siri".
2. Then select "Enable Ask Siri".
[Note] If you cannot open Siri, it may be that the "Access Restrictions" in "Content and Privacy" in "Screen Usage Time" prevent you from using this feature. Only the administrator can set and remove access restrictions.
3. Make sure that the Mac is equipped with a microphone and is not blocked by clothing, body or other objects.
4. If you are using an external microphone, please make sure it is connected to the Mac, selected in the "Input" panel of the "Sound" preferences, and the microphone's input volume is set high enough.
