1. Authorization issues
Nowadays, most proxy IPs must be authorized first. The common one is "terminal IP authorization", which is to bind IP whitelist. There are generally three reasons for this kind of authorization problems: one is that the bound IP whitelist is not "the public IP of the terminal using the proxy"; the other is that the bound IP whitelist is not a fixed egress IP, which is changing in real time, and the third is that it is bound. 2. Network problems
The first is that a certain network node between the terminal network and the proxy server network has failed. The second is that the network node from the proxy server network to the target website server has failed. Finally, the proxy server network has failed.
