Apple can very easily set up a personal hotspot using any iOS device with cellular functionality (such as an iPhone or iPad with a valid cellular plan). It only takes a few seconds to get started with the iOS device of your choice.
Steps:
1. Open the settings.
2. Click on the honeycomb.
3. Tap Personal Hotspot.
4. Switch to allow others to join.
5. If necessary, you can set your own password.
Joining a wireless hotspot is also easy. If you log in to the assistive device with your Apple ID, it may detect it as a personal hotspot and prompt you to join it automatically.
