In recent years, my country's injection molds have developed rapidly in terms of production technology and product quality, and plastic products are also widely used in daily life. However, compared with foreign advanced technology, most domestic companies still need to improve their mold manufacturing technology. The current injection mold industry in my country mainly has the following problems:
1. The contradiction between supply and demand that is difficult to resolve in the short term
At present, the import and export of molds in my country is increasing year by year, and the market demand is strong. However, the production volume of most enterprises cannot keep up with the pace of rapid development, and the situation of short supply will continue for some time. Relevant data show that the domestic market satisfaction rate of domestic injection molds is less than 74%, and the satisfaction rate of large precision molds is even lower.
2. Unbalanced industrial development
Although the products of individual companies have reached or approached the international advanced level, in general, domestic companies still lag far behind foreign companies in terms of accuracy, production cycle, and service life, and the overall level of industrial development is low.
Third, the overall technical level is backward
In recent years, after some enterprises have carried out technological transformation, their production technology has reached a relatively high level, but compared with most enterprises, the overall technological level is still backward. More importantly, companies have poor organizational and coordination capabilities, and it is difficult to integrate or mobilize social resources.
4. Insufficient innovation ability
Most companies have a low proportion of technical personnel, insufficient innovation capabilities, low investment in research and development, and backward management systems. Therefore, it is necessary to increase the emphasis on innovation and development.
To improve the status quo of the mold industry, mold companies need to start from the above four points, and accurately grasp the individual needs of customers in the first time, in order to develop steadily and quickly. Next, I want to introduce a customer that often encounters a problem, that is, how to choose the raw materials for plastic products.
In daily life, there are many types of plastics, and different types have different names, even the same material has different grades. The most important thing is that different plastic types have different shrinkage rates. The so-called plastic shrinkage rate refers to the percentage of the difference between the size of the plastic product at the molding temperature and the size that is taken out of the mold and cooled to room temperature. The main factors that affect plastic shrinkage are the type of plastic, the molding conditions in the injection molding process, the complexity of the mold structure, the shape of the plastic parts, and whether there are inserts, etc.
