Why is the interview okay, but there is no result?

Recently I came up with a topic, and I had a pretty good chat with the interviewer, but in the end I didn't have the following. Why is this?

There are some problems that HR will not tell you. For example, if you are recruiting a secretary to the chairman, you: 29 years old, graduated 6 years, 6 years of experience, have a boyfriend, are unmarried, have a perfect resume, meet the job requirements, and the salary company can also accept. Another job applicant: 2 years of graduation, 2 years of experience, unmarried, no boyfriend, barely meet the requirements, need to adapt to the time and training. The salary is much lower than yours.

HR will not tell you about the situation of other people. HR will choose the most cost-effective person based on the company's situation, rather than the most suitable person.

If you hire you, you can get started right away, but the labor cost is too high, and when you are old, there is a boyfriend, there is a risk of marriage, and the risk of having children. So once maternity leave is taken, it is very serious for the company. The other one, although inexperienced, is cheap and can be cultivated. The labor cost is low. If you want to leave, you may be able to stay with a little salary. Then HR will definitely choose the latter, unless the company is particularly urgent, will choose the first. (Women are disadvantaged in this regard, although the state has explicitly prohibited it, but the company does not care)

The second point is that calling you for an interview may just complete his target. HR also has performance. Some companies even have KPIs that clearly stipulate how many people HR must interview this month. So why is there such a requirement? You have to pay for posting information on recruitment websites! If you spend money, you can’t waste resources, right? People who think it’s okay, first call in for an interview and enter the information in the company’s talent pool. You can complete indicators and enter information. You can do two things with one stone, right~ So why HR and If you talk for too long, you don't want to talk to you anymore, because maybe you didn't plan to hire you.

Therefore, there are many objective factors for whether to hire you in the interview. It is not because you are not good, but because the company matches the current company's expected goals in the required position.

When an interview feels good about yourself, the result is often not as good as you imagined. Don't be depressed, choose the next one, continue the interview, and create more career opportunities. When interviewing any company, it is a process of mutual selection. So there is no need to think too much and continue the interview.
