The main function of Excel's ROUNDUP function is to round up according to the specified digit position.

ROUNDUP function function
The ROUNDUP function is used to move away from zero and round up numbers. That is to say, the calculation retains the value after removing the specified digits (the result must be equal to or greater than the original value).
ROUNDUP function format
ROUNDUP(number,num_digits)
Translated into the vernacular format:
ROUNDUP (target cell, digits to be reserved)
Parameter Description
number: Specify the value or the cell reference where the value is located, any real number that needs to be rounded up
num_digits: the position of the number of digits to be rounded up, the number of digits after the rounding
Notes on the use of ROUNDUP function:
①. Function ROUNDUP is similar to function ROUND, the difference is that function ROUNDUP always rounds up numbers
②. If num_digits is greater than 0, then round up to the specified decimal place
③. If num_digits is equal to 0, round up to the nearest integer
④. If num_digits is less than 0, round up to the left of the decimal point

2. Explanation of "digit position"
Indicates the distance from the position of the decimal point to the digits. From the decimal point to the left, it is represented by a negative number, and from the decimal point to the right, it is represented by a positive number, as shown below:
