Several times I did not recognize the Mp3 player or mobile hard drive into the computer, and even the drive letter of the U disk was not displayed in the computer. At first, I thought it was a problem with the data cable of the player. Later, I found a solution and recorded it.
My computer is a Windows 10 system. First, I have to go to the "Device Manager" interface. There are two methods:
Method 1. Right-click on "This Computer"> right-click menu and select "Manage"> System Tools> Device Manager;
Method 2 , Press Win+ at the same time Xand select Device Manager in the pop-up menu. This method is much faster, so it is important to remember the shortcut keys.
In the "Device Manager" interface, find the "Universal Serial Bus Controller" item, there is "USB Mass Storage Device" below, right-click on this item, and a pop-up menu will appear:
Method 1. (I used it myself), first Click "Uninstall Device", then click "Scan to detect hardware changes";
Method two (introduced online, try next time), click "Enable Device".
