Application conditions:
(1) According to Article 6 of the "Measures for Appraisal of Scientific and Technological Achievements", the scope of scientific and technological achievements applied for appraisal refers to the applied technological achievements that are included in the science and technology plans of the state, provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities, and relevant departments of the State Council, as well as a few science and technology plans Major application technology achievements outside.

A small number of unplanned major application technology achievements must meet the following conditions to apply for scientific and technological achievements appraisal:
(1) Mature technology and obvious creativity;
(2) Performance indicators are at the leading level in the same field in China;
(3) It can be applied after practice;
(4) It has a significant role in promoting the economic and social development and technological progress of the industry or the region.
- The application technology achievements completed in the implementation of the science and technology plan can also be evaluated and recognized in other ways. The provincial science and technology achievement management agency may decide whether it is necessary to conduct an appraisal according to the specific circumstances.
