Windows10 file name "Unknown Character"?

What had happened:

I used Bandi record screen recorded a video lesson, and then found to play up the word, when screen recording rename the file in the file manager in the
font and normal is not the same, so I copied it down.
It can be seen in this plain text, they are still showing a different style.
