Navicat：2013 - Lost connection to MySQL server at 'reading initial communication packet', system error: 0错误

          There are two reasons for this error leads to: First mysqld process is forbidden to access the network, and second, the account does not have permission to log in Navicat remote access;

 

          My reality is that there is no remote login account access permissions; re-authorized remote access on it.
