Polkadot 是 Web3 基金会发起的一项计划，由 Parity technologies 负责开发推出的第三代公开无需授权的区块链科技，它的设计核心理念为即时拓展性和延伸性，解决了当今两大阻止区块链技术传播和接受的难题。
Polkadot 计划将私有链/联盟链融入到公有链的共识网络中去，同时又能保有私有链/联盟链的隐私和许可的防护措施。它给予了我们一个全新的交易层，并有机会将数百个区块链互相连接。
Polkadot 的核心思想是区分交易方发起和执行交易的方式以及交易方统一记录的方式。Polkadot 提供基础的中继链（relay-chain），很多可验证的、全球动态同步的数据架构都建立在这个基础上，这些数据架构为平行链或者侧链。区块链应用可以将以太坊分叉，按照各自需求调整，通过 Polkadot 与以太坊公有链连接，或者给不同的链设置不同的功能，实现更好的扩展性和效率。
2018年9月15日，Polkadot将在Neutrino区块链共享空间（北京）举办一场Meetup，届时将了解到全球领先的跨链技术团队，为你答疑解惑，一探行业发展动向。

目前，Neutrino 区块链共享办公空间已在东京、曼谷、新加坡建立共享办公节点。今年9月10日，将正式进驻中国市场，并由行业领先的区块链投资咨询公司 Queschain 加盟管理北京、上海等地的 Neutrino 区块链共享办公空间，此外计划未来会扩张至米兰、巴黎、柏林、纽约、旧金山、伦敦等重要市场。
Now Neutrino has found roots in Tokyo, Bangkok, and Singapore and will formally enter the Chinese market on September 10, 2018. Its Beijing and Shanghai offices will be managed by Queschain, a leading blockchain advisory. Also, Neutrino is looking to expand to Milan, Paris, Berlin, New York, San Francisco and London.
