进去后创建new_project，设置成public，如果不行，设置成internal，点创建project。
创建后的project页面最下边有提交代码的流程，自己看，看execting floder那一段。
出错：
1.nothing to commit, working tree clean
2.fatal: 'giturl' does not appear to be a git repository
fatal: Could not read from remote repository.
Please make sure you have the correct access rights and the repository exists.
solution：以上错误均是由git init的时候文件夹指定错了。
解决办法：删除本地的.git文件夹，重新执行一遍上传命令。
